Wholehearted Commitment

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others but it was not until 2016 when I took a yoga teacher training in Bali that I did embark on that journey. I began teaching yoga to prisoners both males and females in various prisons and jails throughout San Diego with Prison Yoga Project. After that I knew holistic healing was my passion and life calling. Shortly after I quit my corporate job and set off to learn these healing systems from the places they came from.

I started in China spending a month learning Tai Chi, Qi Gong and exploring Traditional Chinese Medicine, after I spent another a month in Japan and studied traditional Jikiden Reiki and finally I set off to India to study Ayurveda and Yoga. I stayed in India for a year and a half studying as much as I could and practicing. I received a certificate in Ayurveda and Panchakarma from Greens Ayurveda in Kerala (the cradle of Ayurveda!) and in Rishikesh (the cradle of yoga!) became a 500hr RYT Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and completed all three levels of Yoga Therapy and became certified with IAYT. Thousands of hours learning and studying and practicing under teachers deeply connected to these practices. This is my life passion so I will continue to educate and inform myself on all things natural and holistic that can improve our daily life and help us to feel our best.

I saw this healing and transformation in myself and I am excited to share it with you, hoping you will experience something similar. I look forward to working with you regardless of the challenges and adversities you may be experiencing. Let's see if we can work on them together!
